COUNTERTOP HEATED WELL HW
The Countertop Heated Well from Hatco safely holds foods hot and fresh at optimum serving temperatures, operable in either a wet or dry operation with a separate lighted On/Off rocker switch and an adjustable temperature control.
Features a pan edge offset that helps keep condensation from dripping onto the countertop surface. May be used dry, but best performance occurs when used with water, and a dry indicator lamp informs the operator when to add water.
HW-FUL model can hold a full-size pan or 3 third-size pans with accessory pan support bars; HW-43 model can hold a full-size pan with a third-size pan and accessory pan support bar or 4 third-size pans with accessory pan support bars.
