Hatco’s Glo-Ray® Portable Fry Holding Station safely holds fried foods at optimum serving temperatures, with a pre-focused heat maintaining temperatures for longer without continuing to cook the food.

Includes a thermostatically-controlled heated base that maintains uniform holding temperatures from below and overhead ceramic heating elements in a pass-through style.

Bottom trivet lifts food off the bottom of the station, promoting air movement and reducing the build-up of moisture. Sectional divider permits holding of multiple products simultaneously.
