The Hatco Convected Drawer Warmer is a non-humidified unit that provides even, dry heat to keep a variety of foods hot and flavor-fresh until served. Includes insulated top, sides and back to provide maximum energy efficiency.
Low velocity convected air system provides even temperature throughout the warming drawers. Features a digital electronic controller for easy programming and temperature accuracy.
